This is something that I’ve been struggling with— in full disclosure. Its so easy to forget that your voice is literally part of your body and it’s also easy to forget that EVERYTHING you do affects it.

Are you getting enough sleep?

Are you working out?

How are your eating/drinking habits?

How do you feel? Physically? Mentally?

All this and so much more can play a huge role in how your voice functions. Next time, you’re having a “bad-voice day”, remind yourself that you’re human 🥰❤️‍🔥
